Consulting

We see our work with our clients as a collaborative process and we utilize this approach as early as during our first interaction. We work alongside clients to determine the current state of equity, diversity, and inclusion in their respective organizations and provide suggestions on how to move forward. This is done by also considering components such as the client’s budget, time, capacity, and team buy-in.

Learning & Development

We offer a range of learning and development opportunities for our clients. Most of our training sessions are customized based on knowledge gaps identified through audits, but we are also able to provide predesigned workshops that cover specific topics. We also accept requests if there are topics on which a client would like us to focus that isn’t on our list of predesigned sessions.

Education Outreach

Our EDI efforts first started in the education system and has since remained a passion for us. A portion of our profits as well as relevant grants are used to fund our education outreach program and allows us to provide workshops such as our Safer Spaces Initiative. These workshops are offered at little to no cost for students, educators and school administrators.

EDI Strategic Planning

We believe EDI should be embedded in all aspects of an organization including its strategic plans. We work with our clients to curate EDI-specific strategic plans or incorporate EDI throughout a general strategic plan. Given that EDI efforts should be ongoing within an organization, it is crucial to devise a strategic roadmap that informs future growth and sustainability.

Many thanks for your very insightful and thought provoking workshop! You covered a lot of pertinent information in a very respectful and engaging way. I especially liked the way you introduced a key topic such as micro aggressions, followed with a relevant video, and provided concrete examples of how some of our comments/questions are microaggressions. As you emphasized, our personal learning is ongoing and requires continued thoughtful analysis. We really appreciate you providing us with your recommended resources for our further learning, professional development and advocacy with BIPOC students.
